Donor Recognition Wall
To recognize and show our appreciation to donors who make contributions at the following levels, we have established a Donor Recognition Wall that is filled by beautiful steel butterflies. Each butterfly will be engraved with the name of the donor (or the donor’s designee). The butterfly wall can be found at the Applewhite Pavilion, adjacent to the Museum.
NOTE: This form will open a window where you can pay with your PayPal account or with your Credit Card.
Since its inception, volunteers have been the backbone of the Butterfly Lodge Museum, running its activities and bringing to life the fascinating stories of J.W. Schultz and his son Lone Wolf. We cherish our regulars and invite everyone who has an interest in local history and the available time, to get acquainted with the museum and join our ranks!
As a volunteer, you can train to become a docent or choose to help in our gift store. You can also volunteer for our varied events and aid with planning, set-up and preparations, clean-up or serving. We always have need of extra hands, be it with our children’s program, communications and outreach, building and grounds maintenance, etc. Plenty of opportunities await you!
Whether you sign up for the whole summer season or are simply interested in a limited commitment, you will find hours filled with camaraderie and usefulness – an unbeatable combination! Not to mention the beautiful scenery of Greer you'll get to enjoy.
